Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@vitu.co.in. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, after which cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Processing: If your order has been cancelled within the specified timeframe, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take 7-14 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original payment method.

Partial Cancellations: If you wish to cancel only a part of your order, please contact us at support@vitu.co.in. We will review your request and process a partial refund for the cancelled items.

Cancellation by Vitu Life Sciences: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and process a full refund for the cancelled order.
